Project title: "Globihome"
The "Globihome" project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 programme. Priority FEPW.01 Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Measure FEPW.01.01 Startup platforms for new ideas, Component IIa - Support for the development of startup business activity.
The aim of the project is to create an innovative, global real estate platform that will facilitate, accelerate and automate the process of buying, selling and renting real estate in international markets. The Globihome platform will connect buyers, sellers, agents, real estate agencies and developers from various countries, eliminating language, geographic and technological barriers.
The project will build a Global Real Estate Platform with modern functionality, including intelligent listing creation using artificial intelligence, the multilingual GlobiChat messenger with real-time message translation, the GlobiMarket module connecting buyer requests with seller offers, an intelligent property search engine, a review system, analytics tools, and solutions supporting customer service and sales management.
The project is aimed at real estate agents, agencies, developers, property owners, buyers, tenants and investors interested in real estate in any country in the world.
The result of the project will be the launch of a modern digital platform supporting international real estate transactions, increasing the availability of offers, automating sellers' work and making it easier for customers to find property in any country.
