Trustee in Bankruptcy of Albatros Aluminium spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością [limited liability company] with its registered office in Poznań

Acting pursuant to Resolution No. 2 of the Creditors’ Committee adopted in the bankruptcy proceedings of the company (case file no. PO1P/GUp/25/2025), I hereby announce a tender for the sale of an organised part of the enterprise of the bankrupt Albatros Aluminium spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością [limited liability company] with its registered office in Poznań, within the meaning of Article 551 in conjunction with Article 552 of the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code, i.e. the bankrupt’s production plant located in Wałcz at ul. Południowa 36 [Południowa Street 36], which plant is intended for conducting business activity in the field of manufacturing aluminium products and aluminium alloys. The detailed scope of the subject of the sale has been specified in the valuation report dated 10th of November, 2025,

excluding:

a. the designation individualising the enterprise (name of the enterprise),

b. cash held in the cash desk of the bankruptcy estate and in the bank accounts of the bankruptcy estate existing as at the date of conclusion of the sale agreement, as well as any cash received by the bankruptcy estate after that date,

c. rights to the bankrupt’s bank accounts,

d. all receivables and claims vested in the bankrupt (the bankruptcy estate) existing as at the date of submission of the offer, as well as all receivables and claims arising after that date,

e. accounting books, accounting records and correspondence,

f. claims, rights and obligations under employment contracts with employees arising before the conclusion of the sale agreement,

g. the bankrupt’s debts towards creditors.

for a price of not less than PLN 106,980,000.00 (in words: one hundred and six million nine hundred and eighty thousand zlotys 00/100).

Mickiewicza 5/9, tel. (61) 639 45 25. The bankrupt’s plant may be inspected only by prior appointment with the Trustee.

A tender deposit in the amount of 5% of the minimum price, i.e. PLN 5,349,000.00, must be paid into the following bank account by 12:00 on the 8th of December, 2026:

The Trustee invites interested parties to submit offers at the above-mentioned address by 12:00 on the 8th of December, 2026.

The offers will be opened on the 8th of December, 2026 at 12:30 at the Trustee’s office at ul. Mickiewicza 5/9.
