From his travels, he brought back not only high-quality building materials, but also impressions and inspiration from European architecture.

And so this extraordinary home came to life — a unique meeting point between Bulgarian tradition and European aesthetics.

Behind its beautiful façade lies a spacious home with high ceilings and an architectural character typical of its era.

The welcoming entrance hall leads to a kitchen, a bright living room and two bedrooms.

An elegant interior wooden staircase leads to the high attic space, where an additional bedroom has been created.

Beneath the main living floor are a bathroom and a basement extending beneath the entire house — a practical architectural solution characteristic of the period.
