How to search for properties on Globihome?

You can find properties using the Globihome search engine. Simply choose the transaction type and location, then narrow down the results with additional filters to quickly find listings that match your needs.

How to do it — step by step

1. Go to globihome.com.
2. In the Listing type field, select For sale or For rent.
3. Click Location and enter the country, city, or district you are interested in, then select the correct suggestion from the list.
4. In the Type field, choose a specific property category, such as an apartment, house, or land, or leave All types selected if you want to browse more broadly.
5. Open the Budget section, set your preferred price range, and click Search.

You can browse search results in three different ways, depending on what is most convenient for you:

• “The One” — a single-listing view that lets you focus on the details of one property at a time.
• Grid — a view that allows you to quickly compare multiple listings at once.
• Map — a view showing the exact location of properties, useful when location is one of your key criteria.
